Copenhagen 3/12 2022. 47,3 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop- Black can with a stylized wind turbine.
Pours opaque, dirty yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer.Crawling up the sides of the glass.
Aroma is fairly intense with a perfumed, flacored scent with some citrus fruit, detergent and alcohol. Pineapple, orange, citrus. Soap and white sugar. Whiff of boozy sweet cocktail.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a little sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is sugary like the sludge at the bottom of a Pina Colada. Lingers for a while. Finish scrunchy with sugar.
Like they have tried to force a Pina Colada into a beer can. Unusual.
