Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the brewery. The appearance is a golden Amber color with a small white head. The aroma is hoppy with a malt blend. The taste is hoppy with a creamy texture.

The Coosawhatchee IPA was off. Had the dreaded green apple off flavors usually indicative of high fermentation temps or possible infection. There was no head on the beer either, looked very lackluster. It was kind of hard to get through. Band Aid taste in the finish. Not good. Hopefully this was only a bad batch and not the standard.
