473ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a pale straw yellow with two fingers of sugar white head that leaves modest garden archway lace as it recedes.
Smells of crackery grain, a bit of peppery yeast, dried clove, lemon juice, faint white cheese and some ghostly green hops.
Tastes of more crackery pale malt, dusted black pepper and clove, pleasant lemony tartness, more faint cheesy funk and more soft leafy hops.
Feels light and fizzy. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes off-dry.
Verdict: Recommended. A nice light beer for the Spring weather we are hopefully going to start getting here soon in Edmonton.
