This was definitely solid, i still prefer Ellies and Moose Drool but perhaps it really is best consumed in the Muni Lot like the can suggests lol

Having this beer on-tap at the brewery, although this version/batch I am drinking clocks in at 5.2% ABV and not 6.2%. Drawn into a mug, this beer draws a clear, medium to dark brown color with lots of amber highlights. Has a slightly tan/off-white head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served. Settles to some nice cluster swirls of foam on the beer’s surface along with a thick ring lining the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface and there is some pretty nice lacing. Aromas of some toasted malts with some caramel sweetness along with roasted nuttiness and a hint of chocolate. The taste follows suit, with some toasted, biscuity caramel malt sweetness that’s accompanied nicely by some toasted nuttiness and then has just a hint of chocolate. Just a bit of earthy hops, but the hop bitterness is pretty mild here. Has a slightly crisp, mostly smooth, somewhat dry mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish along with a slightly dry aftertaste that’s from the nuttiness I think. A tasty beer indeed all around though.
