473 ml can served cool into a pint glass. LCBO purchase for around $3.75 CDN. Canning date of December 15, 2020.
Appearance - Rose pink, hazy and capped with a finger of white head. Good retention time and a bunch of sediment is poured into the bottom of the glass.
Smell - Dark berries, blackberries and raspberries being the leaders with some leafy undercurrent.
Taste - Fairly assertively sour, lots of blackberries and raspberries making for a nice even lasting tartness. Some wheat in the background.
Mouthfeel - Thinner than expected, carbonation is soft and middling in carbonation level, there is a slight creamy quality in play too, but still comes across as thin. Works well with the flavor profile.
Overall - Pretty decent sour, well worth a try and I will keep my eyes open for more Signal offerings.
