Poured from a 473ml can. Booming System IPA features a blend of our house yeast (Imperial A38) and Metschnikowia Reukaufii. Citra & Amarillo hops. The M. Reukaufii yeast was originally from wild flowers found in the Berkly Hills of California.
This is the 2022 version.
A thick chewy hazy with lots of hops with a bitter finish, very dank.
