Appearance: Clear pale gold with fluffy white head. Good retention.
Smell: Bready, faint floral & spicy hops aroma.
Taste: Bready and spicy. Restrained, but present bitterness. Short clean, dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied. Low carbonation.
Overall: Well crafted, satisfying beer. Hit the marks for the style well. It could have a bit more spicy aroma and flavor. This was a full pour on draft at the brewery.
