Brewed for our 3rd Anniversary Celebration -
This Imperial Stout was brewed with ghost chili peppers, Ghana cacao, Papa New Guinea vanilla beans. Decadent chocolate & vanilla immediately rush through your palette but with an aggressive spicy kick as you progress past the first few sips.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like very spicy peppers, vanilla, dark chocolate, and roast.
This has a good base, and the chocolate flavor is very pleasant. I don't get a ton of vanilla, but it's definitely there. However, that pepper - where do I start? It starts out very spicy, and only progressively gets hotter and hotter as the beer warms up. It's a good and clean pepper character, but it's just so intense. It's hard to discern anything else, especially as the beer warms.
This is medium bodied, with a huge lingering spicy feel on the lips, even long after the beer is finished.
There's some good aspects to this, but I have to say the beer is just about too spicy.
