Appearance - From the bottle, the beer was black in color with a slight white head topping the glass.
Smell - Generally, the beer smelled sweet almost like a milk stout.
Taste - In the initial taste, the beer was creamy with coconut. Notes of toasted and sweet coconut were present. The sweetness had elements of marshmallowy vanilla with a light cookie backbone. The one criticism was the barrel was hard to detect under all of the sweetness. There was a slight burn.
Mouthfeel - The body was slick with sweet adjuncts and mild carbonation.
Overall - This is no joke.
