Our 11th iteration of Theoretical Zero, our “0” IBU New England IPA, is loaded with a very real amount of Idaho 7 DynaBoost, Mosaic, and Nelson, which were all added coldside to really pump up the aromatics. The resulting beer is a super soft, juicy, and pillowy sip that is loaded with peach, passion fruit, white wine, and a burst of citrus at the end.
