On-tap. Dimpled Mug. Reddish brown color, chill haze appearance. Off-white foam, lasting crown & lacing rings. Toasted & Crystal malt aromas, ripe fruit hues & subtle sugar to the nose. Crispy upfront, toasted malt flavor & underneath sugar. Light body. Moderate to high carbonation. Clean bitterness in the middle & soft astringent finish. Ripe & sweet fruit on the aftertaste.

Looks more handcrafted than it's blond sister made in the same brewpub in Madrid: Body between orange and brown and very hazy.
Unobstrusive smell like dried fruits.
Taste is marked by a sweet, malty flavour, later accompanied by some roasty liquorice and a slightly hanging, sweet finish.
Not as balanced as the blond Naturbier, but stronger and fancier.

Poured a hazy light brown hue with a one and a half finger creamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured notes of caramel, toffee and a touch of cloves.
The taste consisted of a slightly sweet Munich malt cut by a nice hop spice toward the finish.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a decent dunkel which lacks a full malt profile however.
