1st review of this beer on BA picked up and consumed in early Summer 2022. Cool label. Says 008 on it, release, batch number, they don't really speak about it. I think these are the colada-rall damage guys, show me the funny.
Anyhoo, this pours noticeably malty. Beige in color. Interesting. 1" of full on white head. Somewhat mixed appearance bag as we're Running Down a Dream. The aroma has a light feel of the Citra hop. Information really lacking about hop bill for this beer. Not even any infotainment.
The taste keeps going with that Citra and El Dorado vibe, there is more bitterness, there is still the additional heft of a woody, light caramel hop body here. There might be a C hop with that woodiness/pine taste to it. Seemed to have softer carbonation despite a well maintained and effervescent head formation. Doesn't really finish dry. What kind of ipa is this? I didn't hate the beer by any means, but it just kind of seems like they got their har hars in the name and dialed it in from there.
