1.21 GW is an lmperial Oat Stout with 120l roasted barley, chocolate malt, carafa III and hopped Magnum. Aged in whiskey barrels used to mature the original 1.21 GW Whiskey made from the same Imperial Oat Stout. It is a beer.... within a beer...within a beer...

Bottle at share. Black pour, a few tan bubbles. Aroma is bourbon with a nice helping of vanilla. taste reveals the base stout beer qualities, roasty malts with notes of chocolate, layered with the vanilla and barrel accents. Sweeet and strong.
