Full-bodied and flavorful featuring a perfect harmony between Pilsner malt and New Zealand hops with a dry, clean finish and subtle hints of honey and vanilla.

Fluffy white foam head over a golden honey body with lots of small carbonation bubbles. Scent is pilsner adjacent with notes of sweetness. Taste is...off as there is a clashing between the malts and hops that leads to a variety of flavors: honey, hops, cough syrup, etc. That mix of tastes is hard to square, but at 7.5% ABV your taste buds will be given up the ghost soon enough.

Yellow color. Not very good. WEAK carbonation. Lots of crud floating in it, brown chunks and white flakes. Tastes like cheap bourbon in an unremarkable lager. I can't say much more about this. This is not a very good beer. Best thing you can say is if you choke it down it will give you a cheap beer buzz at 7.5%. But I'd rather have a GOOD beer and a shot for that experience. Not a drain pour, but perilously close. Salt Flats, up your game please.

12 oz can poured into a French brewery pilsner glass, well chilt, in Salt Lake City, UT. Canned on 1/23/2024, that’s 28 days to me.
Flat AF pour. Lifeless.
Smells like Olde English 800.
Tastes like it too. High gravity malt licker dressed up as ‘Imperial Pilsner’. Nah. Dis ain’t dat.
Feels cheap on the palate, way low carbonation.
Overall, here’s the low spot on this ‘rising star’ brewery’s roster. Only dude happy is Billy Dee Williams (look it up.,)
These brewers can do way / way better.,.

Taster at brewery. Medium brown, flat pour. Faint nutty, toasty malt aroma. Taste is light brown sugar, malty, sweet, but again, has a bone dry finish.
