Poured black with a thin brown head, the smell of the beer is sweet (obviously) there is a definite sweetness in the flavor too along with a bit of roasted malts in the finish. The feel is bold and sticky. Overall it's a good stout if you're into the pastry-type stuff that is being put out now.
