Pours a murky light reddish pink color (strawberry cream) with a slow-forming finger of soupy pink-tinted head that leaves solid lacing.
Powerful aroma of strawberry-lemon pastry with loads of cinnamon and a light frosting on top. The nose is exactly as advertised.
The taste follows pretty closely. Super creamy, with a little strawberry, tons of cinnamon, a definite cream-cheese frosting and lemon tartness in the finish.
Thick, creamy, chewy mouthfeel with low carbonation.
A small pour of this would be delightful, but a crowler is going to kill me. The sweetness and intensity of it is too much; it’s like a Yankee Candle Store. But I can’t imagine a more spot-on strawberry cinnamon roll with lemon cream cheese icing beer. If that’s your jam, you’ll love this.
