Brewed with our friends at Levante Brewing. A dark kettle sour conditioned on sweet and tart cherries, with a touch of chocolate and cinnamon.

Pours an impenetrable dark reddish-purple that borders on black with a half finger of short lived light tan head. Aroma is chocolate and cherry. Taste starts with cocoa powder like chocolate, is followed by sweet and tart cherries, and has a finish that starts a little sweet then turns moderately sour. Medium-ish body with moderate carbonation. This has a ton of chocolate covered cherry flavor along with a moderate sourness. It’s very unique and enjoyable.
