Our latest two hopped, too hopped, double dry hopped hazy IPA features 2 of our favorite hops. Mosaic on Strata features an oat-drenched malt bill to support the heavy hopping regimen. We get strong notes and rememories of strawberry pint baskets, hemp bales, Ramune bloody grapefruit, and down the shore sunset breezes.

Can dated 8/19/21 into pint glass. Pours a murky gold with a persistent off-white head. Great lacing! Initial impression is juicy pineapple, pink grapefruit, and a touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is soft and pillow-y. Finish is slightly sweet but dominated by citrus. Overall, they nailed it on this NEIPA.

Picked up at the brewery this past Friday.
A - Light opaque orange, golden tan color that's very hazy in appearance with moderately dense dense white lacing.
S - Citrus, berry and strawberry, passion fruit, and mango.
T - Follows the nose (almost) with citrus, strawberry, passion fruit, berry, delicate juicy floral, earthy spiciness, and slightly weedy. Finishes very well balanced and has a nice lingering hop resin hanging in the background (mainly citrus and berry, weedy presence).
M - Robust body, very soft texture, mostly wet on the finish with a slight bit of dryness on the back of the tongue.
O - I really like this one. Imprint packed a ton of goodness in a 16oz can.
