A - Opaque medium strawberry color and thin pink lacing. The liquid in the glass clings to the sides leaving a smudgie film.
S - Big lactose, lemon, and strawberry aroma.
T - Follows the nose with lactose, lemon/lemon drop, and strawberry from start to finish. Starts sweet and ends sweet with a lingering lemon strawberry on the palate.
M - Creamy texture with a wet finish.
O - Liquid ice cream dessert. Not sure how this qualifies for a beer but hey...we're Americans and we like to infuse alcohol into anything and everything we can think of.
