16 oz can. They describe this flavor as "Blueberry Vanilla Waffles". This was the first time trying a Schmoojee beer to see what the fuss is about, since I was picking up some other beers at the brewery.
pours very dark purple in color , with a bit of a "head" that rises to the top. looks like a fruit smoothie. big tart blueberry and vanilla aroma, a touch of maple in there. taste is similar, starts very sweet but finishes with a sour tang in the back of the throat. super thick mouthfeel, doesn't feel like drinking beer at all.
overall is the flavor decent? for a few sips, yes. but it's cloying and one of the first beers I've felt that 16 oz is too much- a chore to finish. It tastes like a daiquiri drink and fruit smoothie had a baby. The score is based on my initial few gulps, it went down from there.
