We brewed a high octane, smooth imperial stout, then rested it upon Split Theory Coffee Co. single origin Yirgacheffe beans nearly double our normal amount of Madagascar vanilla beans. We then further conditioned this silkiness on double toasted pecans from our humble 'lil kitchen.

A - Pitch black pour with moderately dense caramel colored lacing. Swirl the glass and there's

S - Some light coffee roast dominated by nutty pecans. That's it. Period.

T - Pecans still dominate this beer and they are supported with a little bit of vanilla, light roast, followed with a slight bit of alcohol presence.

M - Big medium body that's silky soft and leaves a slight sugary residue on the lips.

O - A little pecan forward but a combination that makes for an interesting beer. The ABV is well hidden.
