We brewed a nice imperial stout base, full of rich specialty malts with notes of cocoa, espresso and caramelized sugar. We then conditioned it upon house toasted coconut, roasted pistachios and cheesecake. We then worked without our uber artistic friends Non Heinous & Keswick Design Co. on a new pastry stout label.

A - Pitch black pour with a dense, creamy, light caramel lacing ring with a light green twinge.
S - Big sweet pistachio, coconut, and chocolate aroma slams the nose.
T - Massive toasted cocoa, coconut, pistachio, cheesecake (very light), toasted caramelized sugar and light chocolate bitterness on the backside while finishing predominantly sweet.
M - Thick, silky, and viscous while leaving a sugary coating on the lips.
O - Pretty darn good.
