Morello cherries provide a super bright, semi-tart, delicious cherry base. We then added a touch of black cherry for our reliable depth of flavor, then added coconut cream for an incredible drinking experience. Contains lactose.

Imprint Beer Co. "Schmoojee Joose"
16 fl. oz. can without production dating or freshness coding
$8 @ Kunda Bev, King of Prussia, PA
Notes via stream of consciousness: I wonder how much alcohol is in these Schmoojee beers. They don't seem to have much, but they don't put it on the label so who knows? This looks like chopped up fruit, or liquidy pudding. It's a deep pink in color, and there's no head whatsoever. To me it's not very attractive BUT it is a milkshake beer and this is what it's supposed to look like so it scores fairly well. In the nose it's sweetish with vanilla, seemingly a little tart, and there's just a hint of cherry. The coconut comes out in the flavor though, clearer than the cherry, at least to me. It's nutty as well, which is interesting. It seems caramelish as well, and kind of like buttery toffee. I can't find any bitterness in it but there is a slight acidity to it. It's sweet, and the sweetness sticks around but it's not cloying. Of course I am moving my tongue around my mouth trying to clean it up. It's thick and smooth in the mouth. Like a milkshake? Yes, just warmer and softer. I've come to the conclusion that these aren't really beers. Call them malternatives or whatever you want but it's not what I consider beer. To me it's a sweet beverage and that's about it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
