Notes via stream of consciousness: There's nothing on the label about what's in this beer so I'm just going to assume that it's all flavoring. It's not an attractive beer to say the least. It's a milky babyshit yellow beneath a short head of yellow foam. It smells like a vanilla birthday cake with a hint of caramel. On to the flavor... there's the pumpkin spice! It tastes like pumpkin spice eggnog, some pumpkin puree, and vanilla birthday cake mixed together. It's super sweet and not at all bitter yet it somehow keeps from becoming cloyingly sweet. In the mouth it's full bodied and creamy smooth with a limited carbonation. I like it. It's certainly not an everyday beer, at least for someone like me, but it is an excellent dessert beer.
