Sampling a cellar temp can of this brew. Date stamp is illegible on bottom of the can.
I am pouring into my .5L dimple mug for this sampling.
The beer pours a bright golden color and I stop pouring at the end due to some suspended sediments. Probably would be crystal clear except for the minimal sediment that escapes before I stop pouring.
The beer produces a bleached white slightly frothy head of 2.5 cm. This fades to a sturdy surface coloring and leaves scattered lattice on the sides of my glass when I take a sip.
The aroma is actually a little citrusy grapefruit mixing with some floral notes. Faint grainy malt sits in the background. I dont know what hop variety this was dry-hopped with but seems like something from the NEIPA family.
The first sip reveals a might to medium body, with very fine and tingly carbonation. Beer texture is smooth to a little watery, very easy to drink, could be a crushable brew.
Flavor is some light grainy malt with a little sweetness and then rolls to some floral and herbal hop notes. Finish is very dry and has a black tea bite to it. Never any hint of ABV and my glass is empty very quickly after I start sipping from it.
Quite a drinkable brew, the dry hopping comes through as hops definitely are prominent. Glad to have tried this beer.
