This is a blind review. I have no clue to the beer name, company, or style as I write. This is put into the beer listing after the fact. I will also edit this, and put it on UT.
This beer is poured from a 16oz can.
Ok, this is weird as hell. I really don't know how best to describe the appearance of this beer. It's a thick looking, red colored beer, but has white patches mixed in. There's no light coming through this beer. This beer doesn't have any head, that being said, it reminds me of dough, and keeps expanding. Maybe the head is mixed into the beer, and not at the top? Very strange looking to say the least, and I know I'm not doing justice to it. 4
Aroma - can I even get my nose close enough, with the magical expanding beer? Fruity smelling. Strawberry is what I'm getting. I tried to swirl it around to see if I can get more, but then it spilled over the top of the glass. 4
Taste - Holy cow! There's a metric ton of lactose in this beer. This is provides a creamy flavor that doesn't let go. I think I'm getting strawberry? More sweet, but there's also a slight tartness to it. I don't eat sweets anymore, but this reminds me of a strawberry shortcake. 4
Body - this is a thick MOFO. Smooth, creamy, full. 4.5
Overall - This is probably the most unusual beer I've ever had. I just don't know what to think of it. This is not something I'd even consider drinking every day, but I'm also happy I got the chance to try it. 4
