We brewed up a new double IPA, then packed it with our special Nectaron and Citra hops. Trippy, extra fleshy mangoes, skewered pineapples, citrus medleys and new attitude peaches.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (5% clarity) medium to pale, layering light and pale golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 4-7. (4.25)
Aroma: Strong aromas of orange juice, mangoes, pineapple, some peach sweetness. (4.25)
Flavor: Strong flavor of sweet mango, tropical pineapple, ripe peaches. Juicy and leans sweet with a bit of floral citrus zest off the end. (4.25)
Feel: Medium-bodied, average carbonation. Fairly clean on the finish. (4.00)
Compared to Hop Butcher Orange Fly 9/2023: Pours lighter, milder head. Milder aromas. More tangerine, peach, creamsicle. Less orange flower, papaya, grapefruit, mango. Winner: Hop Butcher.
Overall: First try at this brewery and this is a newer IPA. Nice mix of Citra and Nectaron. OJ with some pineapple and peach. Some hints of sweet mango. Lots of tropical pineapple from the Nectaron hop. Very nice. Lower carbonation and leans sweet. Not too heavy though and fairly clean. Great hop flavor and almost top notch in terms of drinkability. I'd give it an A-. (Rating: 4.13)
