Pours a deep dark brown to black with ruby edges and practically no head. The nose is straight-up bananas. The flavor profile has bananas upfront followed by sweet cinnamon frosting. The finish inexplicably has notes of maple syrup. The mouthfeel is as expected - sticky.
This is most definitely a dessert beer. I enjoyed this offering but I'm not certain that I'd purchase it a second time.
