Pours an effervescent pink/orange with a sliver of beige head. No head retention or lacing
S: Raspberries, lemons
T: Very Raspberry with some lemonade notes & saltyness up front. Some dryness mixes in with the Raspberries, lemons & saltyness as this beer warms through. Finishes tart, a little dry with lemons, raspberries & salt
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation
Easy to drink, but certainly not for noobs, not sure what the Prickly Pear brings, had it once at a Mexican Joint & it did nothing for me. A case to be made for calling this Gose as well
