Starting the new year off with a new DIPA. Skeletonized is a DDH double IPA, monstrously hopped with hand selected Mosaic, always beautiful Ella, and our sleeper home run hop, 09326. Deep mango and strawberries, light tangelo, superbly dank. Peel off the sticker and enjoy the brightness.

A - Opaque medium orange gold color, moderate white lacing density and low carbonation (to none).

S - Strawberry, tangerine, and papaya.

T - Tangerine, blueberry, papaya, some strawberry, along with soft spiciness and earthiness while finishing balanced with a nod towards the herbally soft spicier side.

M - Big soft chewy body with tight and very soft carbonation along the edges.

O - Digging this beer more as I work through this 16 oz can.

Poured a 40F chilled can into a 16oz pint glass. 1/2" off-white head that slowly dissipated. Looks like a glass of grapefruit juice with head....and I mean that in a good way...fits the style nicely.
Aroma is a face full of tropical fruit, grapefruit, clementine, dank bud, good mango notes all evident.
Taste follows the nose. Heavily carbonated but creamy and smooth. Slightly chewy, really good body for 7.5% DIPA...full mouthfeel. There is grapefruit and mango with some dank hoppiness going on but surprisingly not overly-bitter. There is a minor bitterness that lingers long after, but the sweetness from the grain bill is delicately balanced with any hop bittering. Goes down smooth, extremely refreshing with a medium/full body but not filling in the belly department.
Overall this is a very pleasant beer and even more pleasing this is a local brewery (Imprint) only a few miles from me. Guess this is my lucky day. Well worth the $ for the 4-pack and will not hesitate to buy again.
