Barrel Aged Written in the Stars

2026 update: Imprint’s version of their collab with Mortalis, which Mortalis evidently did not brew this year. Weird. Anyway, I read this is a triple barrel aged stout, and it tastes like it. Complex. Heavy dark chocolate notes up front, with loads of creamy coconut throughout. I wish brewers would list the barrels used but I hazard a guess that there’s some Buzzard’s Roost involved, maybe Kentucky Owl or Black Button. Aroma is strong. Gives off a raspberry vibe, slightly in the flavor, too.
