We aged this deep dark stout base 15 months in bourbon barrels, then conditioned it on house roasted cashews, toasted coconut and Split Theory coffee beans. This a perfect blend of barrels, stout and classic post-barrel conditioning.

This one has been repurchased several times. Pours like motor oil. Barely a bubble in sight. Mouthfeel is very thick like syrup in the most enjoyable way possible. Literally a liquid desert. Definitely a win

A - Dark pour with white coconut flecks floating on top.
S - Toasted cocoa and coconut.
T - Toasted cocoa, coconut, Bourbon, some vanilla and nice lingering sweetness.
M - Big, viscous, and silky.
O - Well worth it!
