Cloudy pour. Light gold color. Modest head that settles to a lasting film of bubbles. Minor streaks and a few small spots remain on the glass.
Funky muddy smell initially with a (forgive me) remnants of a sewage backup. Mercifully, it mellows dramatically on subsequent smells. It doesn't reach appealing but it does become tolerable.
The flavor steps up a bit, but the off aspects are still present. The body leans to the rich side, but there's plenty of carbonation as well. The hop nearly saves the beer with a straight-up bitterness that takes over the profile and leaves a refreshing, moderately long aftertaste.

The look is nice, but the beer is somehow dole. Get that or another one cheaper unless you want the pretty can.

I think this is a Montreal beer that pays tribute to the 'Tam Tam' on Mount Royal. Anyway, it's pretty good. Colour is light gold and cloud with a pretty decent lace. Strong citrus/pineapple aromas giving a nice 'caribbean' scent. It offers just the right about of bitterness and hop flavours. We had this with steak and enjoyed it.

Tam tam is a Montreal even in the summer, when each sundays on Mont-Royal there's a massive tam tam jam. Slightly cloudy and hazy with decent activity and a veil of yeast. Deep murky if yeast poured all the way. Light foamy and fluffy white 2-3 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with good legs. Flavors of pineapples, orange, lemon, tea, peppercorn, clove, butter, and herbal hops. Slick and smooth medium body with zesty and extra crispy carbonation. Also a bit oily. Strong strength finish, a bit dry but not overly residual on the tongue, ends up super fresh and sharp. Dominantly tropical and citrusy but also quite spicy yet all well balanced. Kinda leafy and herbaceous, slightly floral. A session that feels like a fully flavored one, even feels like around 6-7% ABV. Still provides some nice complexity and overall a high quality craft.

Can: Poured a hazy amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy and light grapefruit hoppy floral notes. Taste is a good mix of citrusy and grapefruit floral notes light residual sugar notes and minimal bitterness. Body is full with good carbonation. Very well brewed with great drinkability but floral hoppy notes could have been more predominant.
