Canned 02/15/19
Appearance - Pours hazy and copperish orange with an off-white, near finger width head that dissipates quickly, leaving a barren surface with a razor thin, broken ring of suds around the edge of the glass. No lacing.
Smell - Juicy orange, lesser peach, pineapple and hints of caramel.
Taste - Follows the nose. Juicy orange with lesser peach and an acidic pineapple bite. Hint of caramel malts sit beneath. Finish is orange zest and pineapple bite.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with low carbonation. Drinks easy enough, but a bit flat on the finish.
Overall - Nice flavor, but lacks ideal carbonation. Get that sorted out and this could be a viable option amongst the crowded field of hazy IPAs.
