Aged in Maker’s Mark barrels for one year, then conditioned with cold brew coffee and coconut for balance. Our dark and mysterious wintertime brew is big and fitting for a North Dakota winter.

Dark brown colored body. Tan head. No lacing.
Aroma of roasted caramel malts, vanilla, and oak bourbon barrel.
Taste is sweet with vanilla. Base is roasted caramel malts. Oak bourbon barrel notes. Bitterness is minimal.
Thicker than medium mouth feel. Higher ABV% shows up on the tongue and its warming effect. Okay carbonation.
Close to a cherry sweet stout.
