A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high dark tan head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of apple pie are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of chocolate and hints of cinnamon.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout has more apple pie than cinnamon roll but does a remarkable job of hiding just about all of the alcohol from the taste.
