This brewery must contract brew everywhere except Greece. The website (pretty much still under construction) doesn't even give a contact address!! This beer, like the other 2 I have reviewed from this brewery was contract brewed at Mason Ale Works in California. Poured from a 16 oz, can into a pint glass, this beer features a New England style straw yellow color. The frothy white head and lacing are thick and huge!! Head retention is very good. Aroma and taste include elements from the Galaxy, Citra and Motueka used by the brewer. There are elements of citrus (lime) and tropical fruits (mango, pineapple and passionfruit) and a herbal/dankness quality that is often found in NEIPAs that are not "juice bombs" or have lactose added. There is a malty element here too. This brew is well balanced. In all, the flavor is more complex than most NEIPA-based beers. Mouthfeel is crisp and more rich than many IPAs. The bitterness level is moderate and alcohol presence is mild for a 8% abv beer. I enjoyed it.
