Pours no foam. Copper brown color.

Mild caramel taste. There's a hint of yeast in the background. A little fizzy.
Can't say this is a great red ale. I've had better NON ALC red's before.
Right now it's acceptable and I'll finish 'er up.

I was not expecting much but the taste resembled cold tea made with club soda. Dreadful!

Pours clear, copper in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is sorghum, bandages--almost like whiskey, and tobacco. Light bodied, slightly sweet, moderate carbonation. Not the worst I have had but not good either. Didn't need a six of this. When Partake is off they are far off.

L - 2-finger yellowish head recedes very slowly, leaving noticeable lacing. Body a translucent, very dark red.

S - strong caramel, citrus, pine. This works.

T - caramel, orange, biscuit. Earthy middle, a tad vegetal and dirty, with a subtle smoky finish. Moderate-low bitterness. Low sweetness.

F - light body with appropriate carb.

O - has the complexity of an ipa. The best thing about this beer is the biscuity malt taste. I have not tasted that in any other na until now. It’s great. I’m less happy about the vegetal/dirty notes that creep in midsip, but they are subtle (unlike in many other na’s). I will buy this again. Not quite as good as their Pale Ale, but still up there.
