Served on tap in a tulip glass
Appearance -The beer pours a very hazy yellow-orange color with a small head of white foam. The head fades rather fast, leaving a bit of foamy lace on the sides of eth glass.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a tropical fruit smell of tangerine, mango and papaya, mixed with a decent showing of herbal and grapefruit hop. Along with these smells comes notes of melon and some smells of a bready and grainy nature.
Taste – The taste starts with a grainy and bready flavor mixed with a good showing of a grapefruit and raw herbal hop. There is also a decent showing of tropical fruits, with flavors of mango, papaya, and guava, and some hints of tangerine and toast. As the taste advanced, the sweet fades a touch while the hop increases leaving one moderately and decently hopped taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall – A pretty decent brew with a good-natured hop and malt balance.

IPA New England / Hazy
...
A very fresh, leafy hop complexity of earthiness and very tangy fruits, passion fruit, wheat, lemon drops and starfruit for sure. Grainy yet very smooth effect throughout. Straw golden white color is perfect for it's light, earthy and grainy hop complexity ways.

This beer is a hop lovers dream in an easy to digest 5.9% format. You can tell just by looking at this beer that it's gonna be good. It's super hazy and loaded with hop residue. The smell is pungent NEIPA hops. The flavor is all hops, bitter and tropical fruits. I'm truly blown away by how they managed to get top tier double NEIPA flavor into a 5.9% beer. Whatever Witch created this brew sure knows her stuff!

I'm visiting my sister in Massachusetts and she usually grabs me some local brews. This is a good one.
It pours a very hazy pale yellow with fine head. The aroma is not too skunky, just right. The taste is right there in the juicy range. Yay. The whole thing is fairly robust feeling and very satisfying.
Recommended. Cool packaging too.

Cloudy, whitish gold color. Brief and smaller head. Minor spots on the glass.
Prickly, harsh NE IPA hop aroma. Less tropical fruit than most to the nose.
Slightly sweet, but still missing the mango and pineapple touches. Rich body enhanced by the lower carbonation. The hop bitterness dominates but provides little more than a bite to the finish and long aftertaste.

The beer starts out wit( excellent citrus, melon and tropical fruit. Eventually with warming, it gets very earthy and lose its citrus- melon flavor. Nice look- cloudy pineapple, 4F head in a Spielgelau IPA glass. Perhaps a hop revaluation? Good beer, the recipe needs tweaking.

I like the name, as I have been calling my Brett Saison "Saison of the Witch" for years. Canned 9/10/20
Pours a frothy foamy 1 finger head with med-lower retention, touch of soapy lacing, very hazy cloudy milky-peach color, I'm a bit scared with how white this is
Nose brings plenty of tropical fruit, mango, papaya, juicy generic tropical, a bit of light citrus like underripe tangerine, soft pillowy flaked malts,
Taste brings lots more tropical fruit, generic tropical and citrus, a bit pithy with light grapefruit and little tangerine zest, lots of mango sherbet, can't really pick out other tropical fruit just more generic, a little chalky mineral softeners but not a ton, flaked wheat and light malt, a bit of bitterness, drier finish with hops getting very green and spicy like
Mouth is med to lighter bod, a bit watery and light though, little creamy, med-lighter fizzy carb
Overall it has some nice tropical characters, but overall way to light on malts and body, hops do get that green spicy character, and a touch of chalky minerals, but not bad
