Brewed with Belgian pilsner, Abbey, and crystal malts. A mid-fermentation addition of dark Belgian candi sugar adds strength and character while keeping the finished beer dry. Deep amber in color with garnet hues, this Quad offers decadent notes of plum, fig, rum, clove, banana, and walnut, with a dry and effervescent finish.

At 10.2% ABV, GRAND CRU is a big beer, meant for thoughtful sipping.
