Brewed with Italian grown Eraclea Pilsner malt and German lager yeast. Hopped in the kettle as well as dry hopped with Saphir and Hallertau Blanc hops. Bright and effervescent, with flavors and aromas of fresh baked bread, honey, wildflower, bergamot, and white grape.
