Bottler: Poured a slightly hazy dirty golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hops notes with some citrusy notes and some sweet Belgian malt with light pepper notes. Taste is a mix of Belgian malt with some residual sugar notes with some citrusy hops notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. The mix of flavors isn’t perfect but still works pretty well.
