Bottle: Poured a dark murky copper/brown color ale with a medium off-white foamy head with some retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with light dry fruits notes and some vanilla and light bourbon notes. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt with some residual sugar notes and some residual sugar with some dry fruits notes with a vanilla/bourbon finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and some minor warming alcohol notes. Good Quadrupel with nice barrel-aging notes.
