A West Coast IPA.
Persistent, white head, with lots of that vaunted, lacing stuff, winding all around the inside of the glass, as the head recedes down to the surface of the beer. Deep amber, with orange overtones. Subtly spiced, medium heavy roast, caramelized malt, with a touch of pine and mixed citrus peel, in support. Medium, balanced, spiced, medium caramelized malt, the tiniest hint of pine and mixed citrus peel, with nary a bite and fades together. Really well made.
