A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has faint hints of amber hues along with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of earthy and floral hops are present in the nose along with hints of tangerines and bready malts.
T: The taste follows the smell and has delicate flavors of tangerine with notes of earthy and floral hops and bready malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting pilsner that has a variety of hop aromas and flavors but these are very delicate in nature.

On tap at the brewery, which was "trying a little too hard", in the words of Shawn. Decent pils though, not special but an easy drinker.

A- Tallboy pour into a becher with a slightly hazy golden yellow body and a one finger foamy white head. Spotty white lace.
S- A mix of bold pale Pils grains and bright fresh hops. The hops bring a floral, spicy and bright herbal bouquet with a backdrop of bready, cereal, cracker and mash notes. Hints at slight sweetness.
T- Follows up on the aroma for the most part with a bit of pale fruit and bread hints joining in from the yeast. Floral and herbal hop notes give way to spicy hops, cereal, crackers, bread, pear and Pils barley. Mostly dry with a pronounced bitterness.
MF- Light-medium body with a high end fluffy and crisp carbonation. Fairly silky and certainly smooth. Ends bitter.
A solid shot at one of the most classic styles. The floral hops are the main star here and the supporting cast of barley and spicy herbal hops rounds it out.
