Advertised as an unfiltered hoppy pils, dry-hopped with hersbrucker.
Poured on draft at the brewery into a tankard. very bright straw color with a big, healthy head of foam that lasted for most of the glass.
Aroma is big and spicy, clearly noble-hopped, perhaps slightly overly so.
Taste is more of the same, an onslaught of Hersbrucker up front, followed by nice honey pils malt and a fairly dry finish. Bitterness is a bit low, which leads to some slight cloying character, but overall very nice from start to finish.
Really good pils, looking forward to trying more lagers from this place
