Pours a slightly muted gold color, cloudy with an off-white one finger dense head.
Hops on the aroma tend toward the sharper side with the Nelson hops, bright with flowery lemon and white grape notes.
The taste is all hops really, with that same floral citrus up front that morphs into a white grape and lemon into the finish. There is a moderate sweetness that compliments these hop flavors very well and I think gives it just the right balance. It is a tasty beer for sure.
The feel is lightly sticky, on the soft side of crisp, and there is a bit of seltzer up front. The body is fairly thin though, so it almost comes across as watery if not for the rich flavor. This is good for a Pale.
I expected this one to have a more dry finish with the hop choice but it was very well done IMO by making it a little sweeter. Good balance all around - go get some while they have it.
