Pours somewhat cloudy bright gold with an off white soapy two finger head. Aroma is a little malty with mellow coconut and vaguely tropical fruit notes in the background. The taste is more forward with the hops with a mildly sweet coconut and tangerine flavor entering strongly up front. Some bitterness creeps in mid taste and the finish is a blend of the two. Malt is mostly absent in the taste and this feels a bit watery and thin bodied. I don't see this as bad because it allows the delicate flavor to shine through. Well done by Goodfire, showing some maturity as they explore sabro a little more.
