A- Tallboy into a goblet with a lightly hazy golden yellow body. The head shoots up quickly to three fingers high with good retention and a frothy consistency that has massive bubbles. Huge patches of lacing right away with massive islands staying in the middle of the beer.
S- Reminds me a bit of a Pilsner or hoppy lager but you definitely get some extra fruitiness from the American hops here. Very much floral and herbal with notes of apricot, grapefruit and peach from the hops with crackery and bready hints.
T- Very much like the nose and the beer really does have a great balance expressing a lot of flavors while remaining in the realms of what a hoppy Blonde is. Apricot and some soft citrus ala tangerine joins plentiful floral and herbal hops. Crackery, light sweetness, bready and a bit doughy. Does have a bit of a Pils feel.
MF- Light-medium bodied with a frothy and foamy texture. The carbonation is on the high side and it ends with a floral bitterness.
A blonde that pumps in some extra hops but still remains a Blonde. Like the interplay between the different hop types.
