Light fizzy head, fair retention, semi hazy golden to lemon color
Nose yogurt like souring lacto funk, light lemon zest, little bready, lemon lime candy citrus
Taste quite tart, souring lacto creamy yogurt like, big lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon lime sherbet, fair salt late, bready funky finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med carb, mild flemmy fair acidity
Overall nice, still plenty of gose but with good lemon and citrus, maybe a bit too much salt on the back end but good
